Podium Presenters

Time to Present: 5 minutes

Multiple oral presentations will be scheduled into one session. It is imperative you adhere to the 5-minute time frame in order to keep the session on track. The moderators of the session will prompt you to begin and end.

Refer to the Presentation Guidelines for tips on how to present and format your presentation.

Please bring your presentation on a flash drive to the on-site AV tech. A technician will be available the following times:

Wednesday, January 22 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday January 23 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday, January 24 7:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday, January 25 7:00am - 10:00am

All presentations must be uploaded at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled speaking time.

Poster Presenters

Scientific posters will be displayed as traditional posters (on bulletin boards) starting on Thursday, January 23, through Saturday, January 25, 2020. Posters may be no larger than 5 feet wide by 4 feet tall. Presenters should be available for questions during the following times:

ePoster Presenters

Eposters will be posted on the PRiSM website during the Annual Meeting and for two (2) months following the meeting. Computers and monitors will be available for attendees to view all ePosters. In order to be posted online during the Annual Meeting, ePosters are due by Friday, January 10, 2020 and should be emailed to info@prismsports.org.
