Poster Instructions

Poster Presenters:

Poster Size and Dimensions
Posters should be no larger than 48 inches tall and 36 inches wide. Please note that this is a PORTRAIT orientation. Please do not design and print your poster with a landscape orientation as it may not fit on the display board.

Please prepare a 45 to 60 second summary of your research poster to share with attendees during the presentation periods. This pitch should serve to spark conversation and foster dialogue about your work. You may consider incorporating a QR code into your poster to provide additional information about your research.

E-Posters:

E-Posters will be displayed electronically on monitors at the PRiSM 12th Annual Meeting and on the PRiSM website.

Your ePoster must be uploaded by Monday, December 9, 2024. Please upload your ePosters on the Speaker Centre. Your unique link was sent to you via email.

The size for the ePosters is the size of 1 PowerPoint Slide - saved as a PDF. These "slides" will be displayed in the Poster/Exhibit Area - on a screen. The ePosters will rotate and will also be available by author name.

There are no formal presentations, no designated presentation time for ePosters, and no moderators.

Time and Location
The Poster Power Hour will be from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Friday, January 31st, 2025 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown.

All poster presenters are required to register for the annual meeting and pay the registration fee. Please make sure you're registered for AM25.
