2015 Annual Meeting

Please join us for two days of continuing education and become a charter member of PRISM! Assist in growing this organization as a premiere inter-professional/multi-disciplinary society.

This meeting will include courses, lectures and in-depth learning in sports medicine with regards to the surgery, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and technical advances as applied to children and adolescents.

PRISM Meeting Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting and a $100 processing fee will be charged for cancellations. Refunds are processed after the meeting. No refunds are granted if cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to the event.

Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 days after the last day of the meeting.
